Philosophy:
My aim is to provide athletes with what I lacked during my active career: the freedom to express themselves in high-pressure moments – without constraints from the club or the sporting environment.
Drawing from my own experiences, I create a trusting and supportive space where athletes feel heard and understood.
I focus on an environment that promotes safety and personal growth, allowing each individual to develop at their own pace. My approach is based on building authentic, strong connections to help athletes both on and off the field achieve their goals and fully realize their potential.

Jayson Leutwiler had an impressive youth career and represented the Swiss national team at all youth levels, demonstrating his extraordinary talent and dedication.
Later, he decided to take up his second citizenship, Canada, and play at the highest level there.

Additionally, he was involved in the highly intense and competitive World Cup qualifying matches, where he once again showcased his skills and professionalism.
